Online purchases made through the Italianshoemakers.com are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Online purchases exceeding 30 days can be exchanged for a gift card or store credit up to 60 days. *Product cannot be worn.

If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping charges Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. We offer a flat rate of shipping of $6 for orders under $75

Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days. Standard Ground Shipping is an estimated delivered time and is not guaranteed to be delivered within the 4 to 7 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date.
